Clare - Founder/Off The Couch

I'm Clare, the owner and operator of Off The Couch, where I serve as a qualified Nutrition & Health Coach.

Based in Dublin, Ireland, I offer coaching services both locally and globally, providing personalized strategies in nutrition, stress management, sleep quality, and fitness.

My journey into this field began as I navigated my own chronic illnesses, including early menopause, Interstitial Cystitis, Lyme Disease, and hydrocephalus. 

Despite these challenges, I firmly believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself and strive to support individuals in achieving optimal health.

I understand the patient's perspective and aim to offer information and support with empathy, acknowledging that nobody is flawless.

Dr. Emilia A. Ripoll - Writer

Dr. Emilia A. Ripoll, M.D. has practiced urology and urologic oncology in the Denver metro area for more than 25 years.

Born in Barcelona, Spain and educated in the United States, Dr. Ripoll blends the best of European and American medicine.

She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine with honors, did her residency and post-doctorate fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, and received her medical acupuncture training at UCLA.

As an American Urological Association Foundation Scholar, Dr. Ripoll researched genetic predisposition and the role of proto-oncogenes in the development of prostate cancer.
